We can do the following things to troubleshoot basic configurations For months (maybe a year) quicken does not link with statefarm as a biller Open cmd, enter command ipconfig/all, see if the computer has an ip configuration.

State farm sent me a letter stating that they are denying access from third party programs like quicken and mint to any state farm accounts for security reasons. I can login to these websites using other browsers I was able to use firefox to login to these sites until the last firefox update. At&t and xfinity/comcast continue to have connection issues for bill pay purposes State farm says i am connected but there is an outage (going on for a week now) but if i try to login to state farm directly there are no outages
